You will stay in one of 7 traditionally furnished flats in a quiet and cosy setting. To recharge your batteries, the Hölderle Damüls is your very own private place of energy in the mountains.
Flat 2 is the perfect holiday home for families and friends. The large bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The beds are separated by a wardrobe. The duvets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers and ensure a deep, restful sleep. The fitted kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The bathroom with WC and large shower has additional shelves for hand and shower towels.

There is some room for improvement:
1. The info tells guests that there will be coffee and tea. But for 6 days with 4 persons, 4 Nespresso cups and 4 tea bags is far too litte. Of course it is understandable that there will be not enough for the whosee more

1. The info tells guests that there will be coffee and tea. But for 6 days with 4 persons, 4 Nespresso cups and 4 tea bags is far too litte. Of course it is understandable that there will be not enough for the whole stay, but there should be more than 1 per person of these upon arrival. 2. There are no cleaning supplies in the apartment, only a vacuum cleaner downstairs. 4 persons during 6 days, cleaning supplies are necessary! And although we have asked for cleaning supplies, we did not get them. 3. 2 tea towels and 1 small dishcloth are also not enough for a stay like this. There should be more of these upon arrival, including kitchen towels. So guests would’n have to ask for more. |

We also want to thank you for the 2 negative points you have mentioned, because this is the only way for us to improve. In our apartments we offer a starter package of 4 capsules for the nespresso machine and a small selection of tea. It is usual, that our guests buy everything else they need on sitebring it with them from home. To respond to the 2nd point we have to tell you that our cleaning team left all the things you have ordered in front of your apartment door on the 15th of march. We have just clarified this once again. Unfortunately, we cannot explain why you have not received the items. We hope, we can welcome you in Damüls again, even if you were not completely satisfied.
